Auto-Pay Terms & Condition

Please carefully read these Auto-Pay Terms and Conditions. By activating, using, or paying for Liberty Wireless service, you agree to these terms and conditions.

If you enrolled in Auto-Pay online, you authorize Liberty Wireless to treat your electronic signature as evidence of your consent to initiate electronic payment transactions from your designated payment card account. Your consent only applies to the initiation of the recurring electronic card payments. Your authorization via electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten signature on a paper-formatted contract.

Each month, you authorize Liberty Wireless to automatically charge your payment card for the amount due on your bill. The Auto-Pay charge will typically be made on or immediately prior to the due date, but in no event will be more than five (5) days prior to the due date.

Paper Free Billing. By enrolling in Auto-Pay you also agree to paper free billing. You agree to have Liberty Wireless notify you by e-mail and/or SMS text each month up to five (5) days before your designated card is to be charged of the amount then due. While we endeavor to provide you notice of an upcoming charge, failure to provide you with such notice will not affect our right to charge your card for the amount then due. Your bill will be made available online for viewing and printing. You further agree to promptly update your e-mail address and wireless phone number by logging in to your account if it changes.

Maintaining Updated Card Information. You understand that if there is a change to your designated card account information, including expiration date, you must log in to your account to update the payment information.

Auto-Pay Discount. Through our Auto-Pay service, you may benefit from a discount per line on your account. This discount will apply so long as your payment remains current.

Returned Payments. You understand that if your payment is rejected, refused, returned, disputed, or reversed by your card issuer for any reason, and payment is not received in full by the due date, then Liberty Wireless has the right to remove any Auto-Pay discount from your account for the next billing cycle. Liberty Wireless reserves the right to place your account in suspended status until your account is current and to charge a reactivation fee in addition to any late fees that may apply.

Fees. Liberty Wireless does not impose a fee for participating in Auto-Pay. You understand that you should verify with your card issuer to determine if additional charges may apply.

Changes and Updates. From time to time, Liberty Wireless may revise these Auto-Pay Terms and Conditions. Liberty Wireless will provide notice of such revisions by posting revisions to its website or through your Account. Material revisions to the Terms and Conditions shall be effective no sooner than 30 days after posting on the website. By continuing to use AutoPay after revisions are in effect, you accept and agree to all revisions.
